Common questions

Answered here, so you can read them without the app.

I can't sign in

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one. If you created your account with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign in instead: there is no BioCalendar password to reset. If the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.

My verification email hasn't arrived

Check your spam or junk folder first. Each code only works for a short time, so if yours is old, tap “Send a new code” on the verification screen and use the newest email. Still nothing after a few minutes? Write to us from the address you signed up with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel with them. We can't cancel a store subscription for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap BioCalendar
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile picture, top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
  4. Tap BioCalendar
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and tap “Delete account”, near the bottom. Your name, email address, password and date of birth are erased straight away, and you are signed out on every device. Can't get into the app? Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or the store will keep charging you.

How account deletion works

Where do the readings come from?

From your date of birth. The app works out where each of three cycles sits on a given day, physical over 23 days, emotional over 28 and intellectual over 33, using the same calculation every time, and matches that combination to a written description. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not advice, and they do not predict anything.

Account and data

Delete your account

Delete it in the app from Settings, or ask us by email if you can't get in. Deletion is permanent.
